                               RESOLUTION NO. 19116
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SAFETY TO EXECUTE AN
                   AGREEMENT WITH THE SHERIFF OF HAMILTON
                   COUNTY, TENNESSEE, RELATIVE TO POLICE PATROL
                   OF THE PROPOSED SUMMIT ANNEXATION AREA.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of Safety be and is hereby authorized to execute an Agreement 
with
       the Sheriff of Hamilton County, Tennessee, relative to police
       patrol of the proposed Summit annexation area.
